Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the Quercy diamond Quercy diamond: the black truffle. An exploration of the beauty of this ephemeral and precious local delicacy in harmony with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.
Toques & Truffes is a gourmet and precious effervescence brought to life over the last 11 years by Christine Vigouroux, who is passionate about promoting the local natural and gastronomic heritage.
More than a month of varied epicurean and immersive experiences around Tuber Melanosporum (Lalbenque's famous black truffle) will be on offer this year from Saturday 18 January to Tuesday 05 March 2025.
To bring this event to life, the Vigouroux family will be showcasing the Malbec art of living in two emblematic venues: the Château de Haute-Serre, whose winemaking table has been selected for the Michelin Guide, and the Château de Mercuès, Relais & Châteaux, a 4-star hotel with a Michelin key and Michelin-starred restaurant.
