Toques & Truffles

Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the Quercy diamond Quercy diamond: the black truffle. An exploration of the beauty of this ephemeral and precious local delicacy in harmony with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.

Toques & Truffes is a gourmet and precious effervescence brought to life over the last 11 years by Christine Vigouroux, who is passionate about promoting the local natural and gastronomic heritage.

More than a month of varied epicurean and immersive experiences around Tuber Melanosporum (Lalbenque's famous black truffle) will be offered this year from Saturday January 10 to Tuesday March 03, 2026.

To bring this event to life, two venues emblematic of the Malbec Art de Vivre, dear to the Vigouroux family: Château de Haute-Serre, whose winegrower's table is selected by the Michelin Guide, and Château de Mercuès, Relais & Châteaux, a 4-star hotel with a Michelin key and Michelin-starred restaurant.
