Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the “diamond of Quercy”: the black truffle. It’s an exploration of the beauty of this local, fleeting, and precious delicacy, paired with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.
Toques & Truffes is a vibrant, gourmet celebration that has been organized for the past 12 years by Christine Vigouroux, who works passionately to showcase the region’s natural and culinary heritage.

An epicurean and gastronomic event not to be missed, from Friday, January 15, through Sunday, February 28.
To bring this event to life, two iconic venues representing the Malbec art of living, dear to the Vigouroux family: Château de Haute-Serre, whose wine-grower's table is selected by the Michelin Guide, and Château de Mercuès, Relais & Châteaux, a 4-star hotel distinguished with a Michelin key and a Michelin Guide-selected gourmet table.
A variety of epicurean and immersive experiences centered around the black truffle will be offered for over a month, from Friday, January 15, to Sunday, February 28, 2027.
